DIM SUM
The tradition of eating dim sum originated from the Silk Road trade where merchants opened up tea houses along the road serving bite sized snacks. This tradition continued to become widely popular in Hong Kong where parlours had enough space for Mahjong games and dim sum carts. We are proud to continue serving some of the most traditional Dim Sum such as our signature dish Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gau) and some other fun creations to keep the tradition alive.
BAOISM
Baos are a critical part of Chinese cuisine and dim sum. No dim sum menu is complete without a few baos. We offer a combination of classics such as the Salted Egg Custard Bao and some unique creations of our own such as the Mala Fried Chicken Bao.

MAINS DISHES
Aside from our dim sum, we wanted to bring some popular Hong Kong main dishes to Bangkok. One of our signature main courses, Char Siu Rice (BBQ Pork Rice), was inspired by the famous Sorrowful Char Siu Rice from the comedy movie "The God of Cookery". BBQ Pork Rice (Char Siu Rice) is a Cantonese classic that is loved across Hong Kong. We serve our signature BBQ Pork the way you would get it in Hong Kong, with rice, an egg and 2 pieces kale.
